Do you have a Frequent Shopper program? Yes, we love our shoppers and want you to return to Brina Beads repeatedly. The frequent shopper program works as follows: after you have cumulatively purchased $500 from Brina Beads you will always receive 10% off future purchases (excluding classes and bead parties).The last Thursday, Friday and Saturday of every month frequent shoppers receive 20% off (instead of the standard 10%) all purchases so mark your calendars. Make sure to ask a Brina Beads associate to add you to our frequent shopper program so you can start tracking sales immediately.   Do you offer discounts on class materials? When you take a class you will receive 15% off purchases the day of the class.   Do you offer any discount for birthdays? Brina Beads’ Birthday Discount is 15% off all beads and findings 3 days before your birthday, on your birthday and 3 days after. This can not be applied towards the private party fees or classes.   Do you sell wholesale? In order to buy wholesale, you must have a copy of your resale license for us. Our Wholesale Program is as follows: Purchases less then $500 you will receive 10% off. Purchases greater then $500 and less then $750 you will receive 25% off. Purchases greater then $750 and less then $1,000 you will receive 35% off. Purchases greater then $1,000 you will receive 45% off. Discount applies to beads and findings only and is per purchase, not cumulative purchasing.   Do you offer bulk pricing on Swarovski Crystal? You can receive 50% off when you purchase 100 of the same color, style and size of Swarovski Crystal. This discount only applies to the quantities that fall under the guidelines. This pricing can not be combined with any other discounts.   Do you offer bulk pricing on sterling silver and gold filled chain? You can receive 50% off Sterling Silver or Gold Filled Chain when you purchase 60 inches of the same design and size of chain. This discount only applies to the quantities that fall under the guidelines. This pricing can not be combined with any other discounts.   Is there any kind of discounting for large purchases if I do not have my re-sale license? If you spend over $300 in a single purchase of beads and findings you will receive 10% off your purchase that day. If you are already a frequent shopper, this discount will be used on top of your already 10% discounted purchase.   What is your return policy? You can return store merchandise with a receipt and within seven days of purchase for store credit. All items that are sold by the strand can not be returned broken. Chain, wire, leather, and ribbon can not be returned. All sale items are final.
